    Loading bananas tomorrow at Gloucester city nj for hy vee in chariton ia .
    Didn't hear a word out of dispatch for a day and a half and when I called in empty today from the Bronx it was " hey buddy " lol

    Not sure got ez pass and gate passes for the market...I think gwb cash toll is 105 but dont qout me.

    Do you go to hunts point? I was by there last year but I've never been there, just heard a lot about it. Just curious if you can park there over nite or maybe thats just not a good idea regardless?

    That's the meat market I refer to Vic .
    355 food center drive.
    Park all ya want but don't idle !
    Security patrolled with a 14 foot fence around it .
    Gate fee 25.00 .
    As safe there as Omaha .
    Bronx cleaned up a lot from the 70s and 80s.
    Never been to a wholesaler there yet where I was treated bad but some better than others.

    I will say this tho .
    The market can be confusing to get in and out of especially back to the gwb .
    Docks are tight with backing around cars ..always go in with trailer slid forward .
    Mostly good people that want what you have .
    I went in today 26 hours late and sent right to a dock and empty in an hour.

    Got a call this morning at half past 8 from a broker and was told I'm picking up a load for them in L.A. :rolleyes:

    Seems that dispatch doesn't want to talk to me and it's not necessary to inform the driver what's going on :mad:
    Called dispatch and all I got was we send you the load info.

    Pick up was at 14:00, was there at 13:00 and left the dock at 18:18
    And there will be no way now that I'm in Denver Friday morning at 08:00 :p

    Seems that I have to talk to Brent about what's going on the last months.
    The way I'm dispatched now doesn't work for me.
    And if anybody in the office watches this thread, if there is no change you will need another driver soon :angry4:
    I'm here in this company to work and make money, not to sit for nothing.
    I always was honest and if I have to report good things I do, but I also report the negative if it's necessary.
