Greater omaha express ..thread 2.

My good weeks are 2,800-3,100 a week, I get 2,000 miles a week also, this week really sucks, will get 1,800-1,900 miles get home Frl. Get loaded Sun. morning and head to Denver.

 

Got a call on Monday that my pick up was rescheduled to noon today, so I left the house this morning instead of yesterday evening. It started snowing yesterday afternoon, forecast was 0.5 inches but till this morning it was 3-4 inches, fortunately the roads were cleared pretty well and I had no delays heading to TX to pick up my load. Heading to MO for an evening delivery tomorrow, no rush so I can relax a bit from all the work at home
Was at home 5 days and still too short, the honey-do-list is always long

 

At my rcvr, waiting for them to come out and break my seal. Had to do a blindside to get in, and a really easy one at that. Still. .... I screwed the pooch trying to do. Maybe next time, I'll try to be up and awake, longer than 10 minutes, before trying it. Lol

 

It was sure nice of that cop to wake me up and let me know, that there was no commercial truck overnight street parking, instead of just writing me a $100 ticket.
