    Thanks ..don't know what happened in dispatch but they has been improvement lately .
    As for my latest raise thank god for the don't give a dang steering wheel holders because my mediocrity looks great nowadays lol

    Starting to get kinda glad I said to heck with the east coast .
    Since I started running regional I've had decent checks every week and been home every weekend .
    Good week going this week also.

    The meat business is in flux right now, things went to heck in a hurry and can come back as quickly. You can buy good cuts for decent prices at the moment.

    I'm not in a big hurry to cross the Hudson, again, either, last time was deadhead in,(I couldn't believe it, either) to pick up 2 stops, which is how I ended up sitting on the street in Flatbush in the middle of the morning while a crew loaded furniture into the 53 foot reefer.

    Isn't a good way out of there in the daytime. But those hills in Jersey and PA were easy to pull.

    I'm kinda not missing the hassle and liking this home weekends thing ...thinking if I go back someone gonna have to open they're wallet wider.
