And forgot, in all fairness, finding me a load on Friday would've been tough, with the hours I had to work with. Would have had to been an evening pickup.

The Kraut and bzinger Thank this.

I used to go to P&G a lot in Cincinnati or take a load of popcorn to a grocery warehouse North of town that had a couple of lady forklift drivers that were really good about getting me unloaded.

Rolled in with my beauty load yesterday, got truck serviced and washed, and 3 hrs later, was rolling out with an Omaha steaks load going to Chelmsford, ma. Got a really tight schedule on this one. Have to be there NLT than 2 tomorrow afternoon.

Trying to get a load going close to my sister's, and actually get a reset there. Way more comfortable than a truck stop.

*sighs* Lost my concentration for a bit today, and missed an open scale house. Ooops. Pulled over, lvl3, ticket. Would be nice if the ticket actually had an amount to pay, or a phone number to call.

In my defense, in the 10 years I've been coming to the east coast, I have never seen that NY scale, on 84, open before.

Were getting another raise on 4/29 of 2 cents across the board .
Not exactly a raise but they took the bonus of 2 cents that was unattainable for most and gave everyone another 2 cpm on the base pay .
    Much better !
I think Brent is a smart guy that wants to " retain " instead of " rehire" on the cheap .
New cap is 49 cpm .
My week hasn't been good but no fault of GO , they did kick out layover and detention pay tho.
We got off to a rocky start but glad I stuck it out and I think Brent genuinely wants drivers to make this they're last job .
