And perfectly understandable about not wanting to get too specific. That's actually very heads up of you and a good call. But yea, it's Wednesday. I have a dentist appointment I'm having a hard time rescheduling on the 6th. Jarrod said if I can get up there by Wednesday my drug test and physical results will still come back within the week and I can get rolling. Luckily it's in the morning as I'm coming from St. Louis, so soon as I'm outta there I'm heading up. If anybody cancels my dentist says I'm next in line, but he's off the whole week after Memorial Day, so hopefully someone bails this week and I can slip on in and come up sooner.

 

Orientation is not such a big deal the usual stuff, your finger will hurt from signing so much paperwork
Prepare for a little fitness test when you do your physical, nothing serious.
Do you get a rental car?

 

Haha yea he said there's quite some paperwork involved. Thanks for the heads up. And yep he's renting me a car, and the name of the hotel escapes me right now. I know he told me but I can't think of it at the moment. Said take it there, then go on over to G.O in the morning bright and early.

 

Same with me 1.5 years ago. The hotel was Comfort Inn, Pratt Ave.
I think it's still the same, nice hotel room.
First thing will be in the morning returning the rental car. You get the company car to go back to the hotel, that's what we did.
When I picked up the rental car in Las Vegas NV, I could choose, so I took a Dodge Charger
Nice car for a 1300 mile trip.
If everything comes back on time you will be running Friday or Saturday

 

Oh nice. Thanks for the info! It's always appreciated. And that's awesome I didn't even expect to be able to pick out a rental car. But now you got me hoping! Haha Jarrod did call Friday and was just gettin some stuff sort of in line. Asking what kind of truck I'd want and if I'd prefer auto or manual. That kind of stuff. So that was cool. And that's what he was saying too, I should be running by the weekend. I'm going to try to pack as much stuff for the truck that I can so I'm ready to go wherever. I have a hockey equipment bag, so I'll crease, crumple, and cram some stuff in there. I'm doing regional so it's not like I hafta pack a whole closet but I would like to pack some bedding and stuff like that to hold me over til I can get it setup on hometime.

 

Not sure if you still can choose the rental for the short trip. I had two big luggage with all I needed as I was on the road for three weeks before I came home again. But if you're regional you should be home earlier.
Meanwhile it's 97 F here, this morning just 34 F in Wyoming.
