Feel compelled to jump in here. Schneider is a pretty good choice for a brand new driver. Minimum 6 months otr before you change companies if you want any real options. A year would be better.
Something I have learned for sure, your relationship with your driver manager is the one thing that makes or breaks any job, any experience, anywhere. Your manager is not treating you right. Ask for another, and then treat that manager like your best friend. See if that doesn't get your through until you can get some experience.
