Greyhound... advice please :)

I took a greyhound from Boston to Dallas when i was 19 was like 3 days one of the worst experiences ever

 

THAT reminds me Chinatown.

Dog sniffer police dogs sweep your baggage in the Greyhound bus while everyone is distracted by a meal stop or something. Just another reason I just carry the clothes on my back. No baggage if I can help it.

 

I wouldnt let my pillow out of the bag on a greyhound

 

Me either. Keep that pillow and sleeping bag secure in a plastic garbage bag. Riding a bus is like being transported into one of those "Twilight Zone" or Alfred Hitchcock movies.

 

I had never been on a greyhound until 2007. Got my first job with FFE and thought WOW cool they pay for a bus ride. What a great way to see the area between where i lived and terminal versus flying. WRONG. I flew home the flew to get my truck after 6 weeks with trainer. Never again ride a Greyhound. The lowest of low is on that bus with you

 

I remember an article about one Greyhound passenger that swore he was on the bus with the killer of JonBenet Ramsey because the suspects pupils kept dilating. The police even tried to follow up on this, but to no avail. Why would someone stare at a total strangers pupils?

 

Just rent a car.

 

I ziptied 3 bags together in order to skip paying for extra baggage. No one said anything to me about it at the time.

 

Can you pay for a rental car? Faster, cleaner, direct point to point. Some of them will pick up and deliver you.
