Variable costs are $0.765 including fuel (.435/mi lease-to-date, net of FSC), maintenance fund including tires (.25/mi), IFTA escrow (.025/mi), lease mileage (0.055/mi).

My fixed expenses are $1098.22/wk including truck payment, APU lease payment, plates, insurance, and FHUT.

I'm also having some money taken out to catch up my annual fee for CPA services, hose fittings, tire chains, and performance bond.

I grossed $4880 and netted $2458. However, that was nine days' worth of work since I got paid this week for a load I carried last week. Also I have to allocate my own maintenance fund out of my net because Prime only deducts a tire fund of $0.025, so the $2458 figure above does not reflect all my variable costs.

You know you can increase you're tire fund amount and use it to cover maintenance as well or you can set up an emergency fund. Personally, i prefer to just keep the money myself in my own savings account. That way if somethings happens the carrier isn't holding my money
