Which party was determined to be at fault?

 

If you are at fault in a DOT reportable, some companies will hold that against you.

 

You’ll *probably* be okay, but it’ll depend on the circumstances, which you chose not to disclose, so no one here is going to be able to answer definitively.

 

All you can do is apply and see. If they tell you "no," you live to get told "no" again. It ain't the end of the world. Depending on the severity of the accident, that will tell the story. No injuries or fatalities is a good thing. If someone got towed as alluded to earlier, that will hinder you. That kept me from getting a quality job in the past. I made a turn and the trailer swing caught a parked car. Oops. Car got towed. Messed me up for a grip. I make turns differently now because of it lol.
