    Even if that's true, look at all the fleets on that list.

    Slow trucks, low pay, micromanaging, vindictive and petty management/dispatch, crappy freight lanes, too much sitting on the road/not enough working.

    I wouldn't want to drive for any of those fleets. I played the "cpm donkey chasing a carrot" game for too many years. I'm paid percentage now and so much happier.

    I got another penny which isn't a huge deal, but appreciated. The new drivers however got a nice bump and hit the top scale in 3 years now, so that's great for them.

    So what is your cpm now?

    When I left, the dry van drivers were only getting about 36 or 38 cents per mile at the top. but that was over a decade and a half ago

    I'm at .55 to .57 after the bonuses...Yeah, I would agree 36 to 38 was low!! I #### near made that at Monson in the 90's

    Is that for van or reefer? And what is the actual base rate without bonus?

    Base pay is .47 for van and .51 for reefer, I usually get another .08 to.10 with the bonus.
