Lonesome et al.....remember I predicted their deterioration?

I'm wondering if it has started or things have improved. That's all....

Also who said HATE? What is written above is just exactly what happened. It's fact not opinion. Just as if you are describing the moon let's say to another person. You describe it as it is....and that's what I did.

They are still one of the lowest paying outfits in the country, even compared to most bottom feeders. $.50/mile rand mcmally miles for van/$.54 for reefer before bonuses. I don't know about the other divisions.

They have transitioned in 3 decades from a company everyone would want to work at to a training company that no one with experience will even think of working for.

    Just my opinion and .02

It's like an ex girlfriend, you always want to know who she's screwing.

All I say is a company should not mess with any driver. They have no knowledge of that drivers background besides who they drove for.

No knowledge of a drivers education, past, his connections, accomplishments or what he's capable of doing. Not to mention money.

I think Halvor is going to be taught a big lesson very soon. That's why I asked the current affair of things- if things have started on the driver harassment lawsuits and the other ones. Not to mention the legal federal ones.

You call it messing with a driver, they call it running their business.

    Good luck to you.

Lonesome, you need to read up on FMCSA driver harassment and protection.

And that doesn't only apply to HOS violations. It's a broadsweeping law that protects drivers from any form of harassment.

We operate 80000 lbs of equipment that can kill on impact. There are reasons for those laws. I doubt if you have ever gone to the FMCSA site.

Essentially it's a matter of public safety.
