Not sure if it is still the case, but Halvor used to only pay that bonus out once a year.

You quit before the bonus is paid, you don't get it. It was common knowledge there and I can't remember we may even have signed document stating that. It is dirty but that's the only way they can keep drivers.

I agree about not subjecting yourself to any company who treats you like this. For those stuck in northern MN/WI/MI, options are limited and many times people flock to and stay put at low paying companies.
