what if my trainer trys to touch me when im sleeping

 

You won't need to worry about that. Werner is very big on sexual harassment , they won't put up with it. Trainers know your driver student manager will call you on your phone to ask you nothing but if your have Bennett harassed. They tell you to report it as soon as it happens.

 

hey everyone. im in the werner training program as of right now. so far everything is looking ok as of the way they do things. my trainer get pretty good miles except for when we have to swap or split a load, but its cool im learning new things all the time. i dont have to go through there 300 hours of training because of the previous experience i had with another trucking company. ill keep everyone up to date with everything and let you know how it goes.

 

just got my prehire with werner today.. now just gotta wait

 

im a virgin to truck driving. i signed up with werner and i dont know to expect. can someone help me. cdl hunters tried 2 sell me a dream job with CRST saying that they pay the most but i spoke with several recent grads and they said that the pay SUCKS. i do know that every companys has there ways in screwin drivers. did i make a good choice with werner?

Werner pay is on the low end of companies out there. But all companies that hire students are. Werner seems to be getting lots of freight which will help add miles to the low cents per mile. Gotta start somewhere to move up the pay scale.
