Sorry to hear that. Seems like Heartless is probably one the top 5 if not top 3 worst companies to pull for.

Sounds like they are trying their best to give England some competition.

 

What's even more crazy about the whole thing is that they bought 2 companies that were base just down the road from one another

 

I was on freedom board but quit when they dropped the new contract on us. They gave us 8 days to sign or else. The new contract said we independent contractor o/o's had to give them 30 days written notice if we wanted to leave - but that they could cancel us with no notice at all!

Giving us 8 days notice while demanding we give them 30? I said no. Everything that happened since then, and everything people say, only confirms that I made the right move.

 

Does anyone know what their Home Depot dedicated is like? They have a job M-F weekends off (so they say) slip seating with a shift starting 12am-6am.

 

Some times that gets lost in Translation and you have to use THE other two letter word "F&U"

 

Saw my first Interstate Green Cascadia with Heartland Express door decals yesterday. Just didn’t look right.

 

And the moral of this story is... buyouts suck!!

 

I seen a heartland Express truck pulling an interstate trailer.... struggling for an hour to back into one of the 4 empty spots next to me..... almost hit me and a couple other trucks and that’s with us trying to help him.... just kept looking straight ahead and steering at random.
