NAS mean Naval Air Station. They ship those blades back and forth for rebuilds and such. To the OP, I don't know much about the process, sorry.

The process is not easy to get approved, it is not for an average owner operator, and you need money plus high insurance coverage.

Just call them and tell them that you will do it for half of what they are paying now, I am sure someone will call you back.

Ya, I saw some of those huge windmills being built in Indiana one summer... Looks like gravy money to me... Gotta get one of them thar trailers with steers in the back. So might wanna bring on another driver as a team.

Half? Still too high... Offer 1/3... You can always come up if you absolutely need to do so... ;-)

Reminds me of story of a friend & mentor told me binding on a job. He was curious about why he didn't get the job so he called. The woman told him, " you didn't get the job because you were so low. We figured you didn't know what you were doing." To cheap you get what you pay for

    WisconsinF150 Thanks this.
