Help ASAP thrmoking blank screen.

    Yes I did it first. Battery was disconnected, opened box all plugs were inspected inside to trace any water or corrosion.

    Thank you. So far only new HMI is available online. I'm in Roswell NM, closest service in any direction 250 miles.

    What is interesting the screen coming back. Now it still scrolling down but I almost can see TK letters when turn on

    It may sound silly, but I've had a lot of luck in the past with Amazon.
    Get the part number from the HMI and drop it in an Amazon search. I've even been able to find appliance parts delivered next day via Prime. Yes I know a reefer unit isn't a home refrigerator but it only takes a few seconds to look.

    I would still try to get a used one.Some of these shops have a lot of scrap units and usually there is nothing wrong with the HMI in them.

    Unfortunately nothing on Amazon. Have seen them a lot for decent price. But when you need one...

    Do I need to reprogram used HMI for my hours or this information stored somewhere on big board?

    Yeah the hours are stored on the micro. This unit is a sb 210 right?

    Ok same thing, yeah the hours are stored in the micro.Put an SR3 HMI in it.
