Was able to change temperature settings next morning and take the load. Screen was little bit better for very short time. Shipper was mad because can't verify reefer settings but let me go out with warning receiver will not accept load without verifying box temperature.
OKC Thermo king took $1200. Replaced myself. Everything is plug&play Problem solved.

Yeah they're not cheap, too bad you couldn't get a used one but TK won't do that. At least it's fixed.
Keep an eye on your coolant bottle for any head gasket issues. They have a seven year warranty.

Thank you, you just remind me to ask a question about head gasket. Recently my reefer was repaired in TK for refrigerant leak. Shop manager called me with news reefer has a head gasket leak to approve repair what I did. When I looked reefer engine after repair valve cover bolts were dirty, no body was working with. Is it possible to replace head gasket without removing valve cover?

    catdog45 Thanks this.

No,you have to remove the valve cover. It's easy to tell if the gasket was replaced though.
Just look at the corners of the head where the the gasket sticks out and you can see that it's new.
I presume the reefer is more than 7 years old or it would have been warranty if done at TK.

The gasket corners looks new and shiny. Water pump looks new but valve cover bolts were dirty and dusty. Will take pictures tomorrow. I asked them about warranty they say it's expired.

I wouldn't worry about the bolts being dirty. It was done if the gasket is shiny and the headgasket kit comes with a new water pump that is supposed to prevent the any future head gasket problems.
