Government at best. One require you to write. Another watching you not to write or distracted driving ticket. The third one put signs No stopping/No parking every feet along the road and ready to write you ticket for illegal parking. And everything in name of safety.

If you don’t want to deal with it, there’s a place out of Little Rock called Trux Inc, they’ll do IFTA and licensing so you don’t have to, cost varies from what they do, but you won’t have that headache.

NO WAY!!!! I’m sure your stuff is straighter than mine!!! My auditor just opened my files this morning and I haven’t heard anything so I’m in literal panic mode! Like had a panic attack! Still haven’t gotten the answers I was looking for from rand mcnally on the gps.. all they told me was about eld so I told them I didn’t have an eld and haven’t heard a word else!

Yea am highly organized and the only hands on the files/logs/filings etc. Some of the questions are confusing but whatever I'll answer as best I can.

So what about your gps and no history? You just go off logs for mileage?

I use truckrouter.com and all is written on my ratecon (transferred to excel doc later) before I ever leave my house to pick up a load.
