You haven't applied to enough companies yet.
    Keep the online apps. going.
Keep applying until you get hired.

I saw an ATS driver once rip 2 lumber tarps on a stepdeck load. He had the hooks on the bungies faced in digging up the tarp. That thing was smoked, he probably had to throw away both tarps.

Did @Chinatown mention Melton? They're a bit lenient, so I hear. (They hired Boat, haha!)

@Luccc have you looked into DutchMaid Logistics? (They aren't flatbed, however..they're reefer.) A friend of mine just finished 3 day orientation up the road from me in Willard, Ohio. He's now out with a trainer. He never really DID drive solo OTR. SNI let him go during training for not catching on to Backing quickly enough; He 'fell' out of the truck training for JBHunt (no 3'points of contact...dummy...) and Veriha said he wasn't progressing fast enough. Dutch Maid took a chance on him, and he's out there now, training. Heading from PA to OH as we speak. Check their hiring area, and if you call them, speak to Allyson. Luis, the Training Manager, is great, as well. Not a 'huge' company, but really good people.

Best of luck; let us know!
