I want to know the best or most efficient way to take a shower. What is your showering process? Please describe in the greatest possible detail habits such as:
How long are your showers?
In what order do you wash yourself?
What type of soap you use and
Do you use anything besides your hands (washcloth, loofah, sponge, etc.)?
What type of consideration do you give your hair
Shampoo/conditioner? How often do you wash your hair?
Do you pee in the shower?
Do you do anything else while showering?
Please be as thorough as you can in detailing any showering rituals you have.
