I realize full well that you asked for Chinatown's help, & not mine.

Nonetheless -- my first suggestion (if at all possible): GET OUT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA -- & move to Nevada.

Then look for a CDL job from there.

I think Chinatown will likely back me up on this one.

Reno has some winter weather.
