Take a couple days off work to get the inflamation down. Gonna have to get out and walk 20 miles, maybe not straight, but go a couple miles, take break then walk about a couple more miles, keep doing that til you have racked up 20 miles a day for a couple days.

Do some squats, stand then squat down only so far as your thighs are level with the ground. As you squat down reach forward then stand back up straight. If your legs are weak, start off with the pyramid-- 5 then 6,7,8,9,10,10,10,9,8,7,6,5= 100 squats. Later when you get stronger, do 12,13,12,13,12,13,12,13 = 100. Later on when you get really strong, do 500. To reach Olympian status, do 2000.
