Hiring On with Walmart

Aren't the leading reasons why people don't get hired on: accidents within 3 years or hitting something during road test? Thoughts?

 

If they have an accident while on a road test I sure as heck do not want them here! Accidents and tickets get some bounced out. I have no idea why they apply when if they read the minimum qualifications they would know they could not make it.

• Do you have a minimum of 30 months experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years?

 

The previous one is the big change. They were missing in on great drivers that had no over the road experience.

 

It was excluding a lot of LTL guys. But most of them are home daily and not interested in a week long position IMHO.

 

the ltl guys come over. holy moly that sleeper is a very big shock to some.
