Lots of times, co's buy other co's just for the real estate (Lessors has 3) . Some years back, Western Express bought Smithway out of Ft. Dodge, Ia. Today, you don't see Smithway equipment on any highway. I remember when Swift bought Direct transit out of N. Sioux City, S.D. same thing, they gradually phased out their equipment. If Hirschback lets Lessors run as a separate co. but only share their freight, then you can believe their story about how great Lessors is. If Lessors equipment fades away, it's B.S.
Bumper Thanks this. -

You were smarter than I was. They kept stringing me along with a few good loads when I would complain. -
Groendyke bought Schanno while i was there and i left shortly after along with a 100 or so owner ops.
I think Lessors got in to deep with extreme probably lost millions due to covid and no live shows , on the same token Upstaging survived.Dennixx Thanks this. -
Hirschbach Motor Lines not professional, frat house ran
Also a couple days ago saw one of their trucks/trailers in the median ditch- Indiana toll road West bound around MM 120. -
