    I didn't mean that to sound mean but those are the lessons you never forget , if he did any asking he would have been told by many how bad a deal it is .
    Now he knows first hand , sorry driver this business is full of crooks , always has been

    Almost twice what I’ve paid for ( and paid off ) . . . 2 trucks and 2 trailers . . . in 3 years.

    Love that new truck smell. Poor guy.

    I owe less on my house then he owes on that truck currently and his truck is a depreciating asset those commercial motor vehicles lose value pretty quick from what I heard.

    I have a statement from a Bridger guy, they have a lease purchase program, those payments are $3000 for the tractor and $1400 for the trailer. This seems like fairly standard industry for $750 a week. But #### the oilfield has so many more things that'll break

    Starting to understand how these companies make the profits they do ....
    Haul meat and temp controlled freight for 2 to 4 bucks a mile with no driver associated costs and the driver pays for the truck .
    When truck is 4 years old and had 8 drivers thru it they turn it back to the dealer at trade terms and the whole shell game starts over .
    I always wondered why a lot of hirshbach trucks look filthy and know why now .
    The driver can't afford to get it washed .
