if you are still on "probation" as a new driver/employee, my guess is, you are gonna get fired.

you are showing inattention to details, speeding, hard braking, and that can be a deadly mistake.

better start polishing up your resume`

You need to slow down and pay attention. Not try to keep up with others or not slow them down. If you haven't been somewhere before you should take exits and turns like you may have to stop, not assume you will just maintain your speed.

At weigh stations enter unless everything say don't enter. You are not going to get a ticket for entering the weigh station when the electronics in the truck allowed you to bypass. There is no excuse for hitting the yellow pole at the customer except maybe you don't realize you are driving a long & wide vehicle.

I'm alarmed you have 4 incidents in 3 months. I can't guesscwhat your company will do. In my experience new drivers to trucking do NOT take this job seriously until after they get tickets, have accidents, or get fired. Many truck drivers go a whole career and don't have the record you described. Whether you get fired or just a talking to, you need to do everything a lot slower. Go no faster than you can be certain you are doing things properly. Drive like there is a cop in the passenger seat. Whennyou don't know what to do slow down and don't bend ANY metal, break ANY laws.

Also the GPS in your Qualcom is going to get you lost. It may be THE worst navigational item in any vehicle. Get a truck GPS and a paper Rand McNally Motor Carrier Road Atlas.

If you're fired, we'll help you find another job. Some companies give drivers a 2nd chance.

If you get fired and you don't change you will get fired again. Your record is not acceptable. It may be tolerated by some companies. Expect to get a lot more training from your current employer if they keep you. I work with young people now and I notice they don't take anything seriously except their phone. Don't be like that. You can easily & accidentally kill numerous people if you are not VERY careful.

1 isn’t really counted, as if you got proof you were hit.
Plus it was a you got hit and they ran.
    Why count that against yourself?

What does the Qualcomm have to with you passing the scale entry into a state ? Do you depend on GPS and electronic devices to get you down the road ?

I think his Qualcomm has DriveWyze (alternative to PrePass) built in. Maybe that's what was malfunctioning. Still there is no good excuse to drive past a scale unless it's backed up out onto the road. I suspect rookie panic, I had it.

He is steeringwheelholding. Road signs, mirrors, the road itself comes distant second. Why didn’t he pull into the weigh station? Because the GPS did not tell him to. Why did he hit a pole? Mirrors. Why did he take a curve to fast? Wasn’t watching the road or road signs. What is he doing? Just holding the steering wheel and waiting for the cattle prods to prod.

If they require you to come in for extra training next week, then you're going to come in for extra training next week. If they wanted to fire you, they would have done it already. What you described is common everyday stuff for a rookie.

Make sure when you go in to dress professionally, collared shirt, pants and no flip flops, no loud mouthing off to people in the breakroom while you're waiting for the meeting, no hitting on the receptionist etc. I've done worse and people keep me around because I'm likeable, I'm an earner and none of my little incidents cost that much to fix.
