This truck driver pulled out in front of me while seeing me I had to press on my breaks to avoid hitting the front of him. You need to train your trucker better. He did it on purpose then smiled at me so I know he was being smart. The trucker was USDOT 188556. I have a brand new 2023 Cadillac it would’ve been horrible if your company had to pay for my new car and medical expenses due to your company’s inability to train your drivers correctly.

They got 880 trucks, 1050 drivers.. at last update.

Plus how do you know his smile was “being smart?”

Maybe you were in a blind spot, (behind a mirror/cab support) or something and when he’s out there(point of no return) sees you and you got stopped so he smiled for some other reason, that you didn’t hit him, maybe?

    We like videos?
    You got a video?:)

    Oops.
    :(

    Forgot about the “Smile..”

I suspect that you’d get a better response if you alerted the trucking company rather than a random bunch of truck drivers.

This is the 'net version of a typical phone call trucking companies get. "Your truck broke my windshield" or "your truck was driving too fast" or "your truck was driving too slow". Very common.
One of our competitors ordered new mud flaps with the company logo and telephone number on them. After about a week he had one of the shop kids scraping the phone number off. He said his nuisance phone calls had tripled.

Yeah, funny how they had the presence of mind to write down the DOT number but not the company name, location, truck number, trailer number, or anything else. But they got the DOT number. Hummmmm

Life's tough, driving isn't easy, once in a while things don't go your way, sometimes you have to press on the brakes. I hope this incident hasn't scarred you for life. Perhaps the aroma of a cinnamon and jasmine CBD candle in a holiday discounted set is just what you need to bring you back from the edge.
