You're the one spreading misinformation and nobody got a ticket for going home PC unless they were advancing their load or their home was where their next load was coming from, such as a yard at their house, etc.
You are wrong and need to admit it. You are the only one that thinks you are right. Your own link was used against you. If you don't know what the words mean, please don't try to educate others on what they mean. You cause confusion and misunderstanding.

Let's see how many others think I'm right, vs you.
You obviously don't know what "work location" means. It doesn't say "Can a driver go home PC after dropping his last load?" and saying no. It says can you go home if its your NORMAL WORK LOCATION.Last edited by a moderator: Nov 21, 2021

And it's not a popularity contest. It doesn't matter that 100 people are wrong. It matters what is written in the regs. -
Enough with the bickering. We can discuss with out all the back & forth attitudes.

Question folks...I am about to run out of time waiting to get loaded at the shipper. There is absolutely no place to park here. (I'm in the middle of Tucson.) Can I use PC to get to the truckstop 10 miles away? If not, how to log this? Thanks.
