Hotshot driver loses load in the middle of SoCal freeway

    The principle I was taught when I learned open deck is very simple: if the stuff falls off your trailer, it's your fault. The only exception might be if someone runs into you, and that depends on the details of what happened. I don't see any other vehicles involved, so it's the driver's fault.

    Most would go 18,000 lbs and a cheap looking crate I better I check inside or at least punch a couple holes in the side to run chains through.. I’m sure he’s near 30,000 lbs that’s going to hurt authority.

    18k pounds in a plywood box with 3 straps. He learned a good lesson about what’s in motion stays in motion. Lol.
