How are people getting away with selling deleted trucks

With their emissions free trucks lol or at least they use to be while we had egr and dpf .

 

Can the EPA enter your property without a search Warrant? On this same line, can the DOT show up at your office, and expect to rummage around without a search warrant?

 

One you tuber they showed up at 5 am with a swat team and seized every computer and other stuff including the phone he was recording them with. They didn’t notice his other camera that he posted a video to you tube from . It wasn’t up for very long before he was forced to pull it either ..

Well, thanks … others may see it, knowing how government goes crazy isn’t hard to learn. My fears is this will end up extending to everything, not just trucking.

that said, the second this starts, they actually decide no more older trucks on the road, that is the end of 100 plus years of the owner operator in the country.

 

You've just described what an emissions trucks is- a ticking time bomb. Never know when one of the sensors goes out and leaves you stranded on the side of the road. Or it doesn't like def or def pump or injector quits it something else fails.
I do agree that delete should be done by knowledgeable mechanic.

 

You could buy it for off road work.

 

It's interesting nobody mentions military vehicles. All those humveees etc they get moved around on interstate and cause cluster#&_k traffic. None of them have any emissions bs, why don't epa go after them? Government can't fine government.... double standards smh

 

Then my question is how can these agencies to this? Barring an ‘imminent threat’ of harm or death, not even law enforcement can just saunter into/onto property and snoop around.
