Others can chime in here about their past experiences when quitting, but realize your company has had thousands quit before you and they are pros in this situation. They will have some sort of protocol and rarely will it be something that will work in your favor. Be prepared for them to maybe have you deliver your load and be immediately routed to a terminal, drop yard, or maybe a customer and have you clean out your truck and immediately get off the property. This might be in the middle of BFE. Don't expect any assistance from them in getting back home or wherever you need to go. I hope you have some available funding to get where you want to go.
Quit worrying about the mechanical problems on the truck or complaining to the company about your mistreatment.
Tomorrow might be a rough ride. Stay strong.

Does the AC compressor kick on? It could be the blend door.

I can't work with out AC. A lot of companies would accept you asking for 10 days and not getting it fixed as being responsible.

Did you I quit if the AC doesn't get fixed ASAP? I know they are being trolls by ghosting you and not participating in the conversation.

You don't get paid? Not all of just little money? That's good enough to file unemployment on them

I’m pretty certain the compressor is done for. After running thru what I could find online and helpful hints from people here. It seems like it’s the compressor or it’s beyond my ability to figure it out.

after all is said and done I’m expecting, after having worked for 3 months with no issues, to be negative over $3,000 after the charges they will send me to quit. So I most likely lost over a $1,000 a month working here.

    austinmike and 77fib77 Thank this.

They charge for orientation, twice. Then they charge for the hotel room. Then they have a quitting fee. Plus they’ll charge me diesel for wherever I drive too. I’m expecting a minimum of 3 fees. And if they want to be nasty, they’ll make up whatever they want, damages, loss, etc. who knows. They are not to be trusted. Yes I will be negative over $3,000

Well that blows. Sorry to hear it. Just clean it the best you can. Don’t trash it. I’m sure you want to but don’t. Just get your stuff outta there and be done with it.

No I don’t even want to. I just want to get away from them ASAP. Before something actually bad happens.
