    I’m a play by the rules kind of guy, but I can tell you one thing. Life is going get more difficult for OTR guys as soon as the newest ELD mandate takes effect.

    Our ELD already does it as of a mont or so ago, but everyone will do it soon.

    The old drive for a mile, or stay under a certain speed, etc... is going away. As soon as you take off, it’s going to drive line.

    That’s really going to screw guys up going into DCs. Imagine showing up to Wally World DC. You’ll trip that ELD to drive 3 different times just checking in.

    Well said Frank. The companies are just going to have to pay more money the more restrictive our driving becomes. It's basic business.

    If you look at who championed the current HOS it wasn't designed for safety, it was designed to reduce the efficiency of the common carrier & help the unions & railroads compete. Trough their confederates in CRASH & PATT they lobbied hard for HOS changes even worse then was mandated & used leftist Public Citizen in litigation to reduce driver wages through mandates restricting drive time in the name of " safety" with no concern for the economic impact on drivers wages.

    If you see someone doing something that might endanger the public then by all means speak up.
    But ratting on someone who breaks arbitrary rules put into place by lobbying is none of your business & is just being a snitch.

    When I started companies claimed 3000 mile avg per week. Now I see 2200-2500. Pay has not kept up with the mandates.
    When they changed the HOS from 10- 8 to 11-14 I got a .03 raise & my length of haul was cut in half. And my miles per month dropped from 12.5k to 10k.
    A driver making 40k in 1980 would need to be making $90k when adjusted for inflation today. Some estimates are lower or higher but the avg driver has seen around a 7% pay cut since 1994.
    If your pay does not go up around 2k per year or .02 your backpeddling. Most companies give you .01 if your lucky

    If this is the same K & B as that other K & B ( Blue Reefer trucks seen a lot out in the midwest ) ?
    ... then there was a man named Abe that exposed them on YT for all the world to see some time back
    ... it was pretty insane stuff ..it was true outlaw trucking at its best .. a real glimpse into the industry and the slave life of a driver for the whole world to see .
    K&B's threats and coercions were captured and broadcast on the air ... practically burned them at the stake in the public square ...not sure how it ended though .. little guys never seem to win .

    Call your local DOT field office and trust me , they are more than willing to assist you in filing
    an anonymous complaint against a coercive outlaw establishment ... the fines are YUGE
