Man I made a huge salad too...those plates aren't really big enough. They minestrone soup the other day. It was so cold outside that I got some. Totally killed it. The soup maybe what sent me to the boys room 15 minutes after I payed lolSteerTire Thanks this.

Oh hell you're fine dude. Like @jammer910Z said you’re sitting a lot more than probably before and getting less excercise. Your body is just trying to acclimate and sync up a new terd timing. Try his tips to help your tract speed up the process, in the meantime make sure your phone is fully charged or you have a magazine on the ready. There’s nothing worse than getting the call and having to read the directions on the shampoo bottle. Trust me.

Walmart sells premade salads with dressing and toppings. They have many different types. They are in produce section. Eat plenty of fresh fruit too. That usually works.
