Just curious. What sort of method do they use to match-up teams besides smoking and non-smoking? Taste in music? Is it by location? Political stance? Sexual preference? Religious views? Is there a questionaire or something? Just wondering.
How does CRST match-up compatable team drivers?

Don't know for sure, but I think it is more like, "Here is a body and there is a body, you two are now a team!"
I've got to tell you, that the CRST drivers I used to interact with were (so called) trainer/trainee teams. I observed at least two teams a week where I worked, and for the most part, if I had been the "trainee" I would have committed physical violence to the (so called) "trainers." They were either arrogant, loud mouth jerks that yelled constantly at the poor trainee, or they were lazy bums who stayed in the sleeper when the trainee needed some help.Skydivedavec Thanks this. -
I like the part telling the poster how you think CRST matches up teams, lol.I wouldn't wanna team with someone I don't know.

I was thinking they use the trial and error method, with an emphasis on "error"

Tell CRST to go and suck fryer grease. You DO NOT want to "live" in a truck with some social reject you have never met. Drive solo and do your own thing.

ALL I can say is .... HA HA HA !
Safari Joe Thanks this. -
They will ask if you smoke or not...if a non smoker they will ask if mind teaming with a smoker...if you mind they will put you on the non smoker list...and that's about the extent of it
