How does home time work at Conway/XPO?

Get one day off Every eighth day.
They repo the truck after 10 consecutive off if they notice.
Must give a return date.

Otherwise you won't be eligible for unemployment for violating company policy.

"I'll be back eventually I'm going on vacation". Also qualified me for that good ole Missouri access card. Lol.
I was getting the maximum weekly allowance for the maximum time ;D
Other ppl that quit less tactfully are definitely jelly....but remember that one.

Must have permission to park at the address u supply.
You can have up to three safe spots on file according to policy.... But in reality just hit form 2 and dissapear for awhile.
Come back board within 24 hrs of last dispatch or empty call.
Go off board two munutes later.
Board when you wake up.

0 days off....
Go do what you want wherever...

Dissapear for 72 hours they say call in if you are dead over the QC.

Can bank days off and can twist policy to never take '"earned" days off. Seriously you can stay home two months PAID and take 3 earned days off....I've done it!!...with the assist of Mr Andrew Jackson. Lol.

one day off for 7 days out
can bank those days
can request time off after 10 days out
they will get you home in 8 days

the system works pretty good I haven't had many problems

Pretty terrible.

I'd give myself a 5 day cushion on both sides if its important.

As an old old timer told me: "always leave something wrong with the truck. There may be a load you don't want to deliver or somewhere you don't wanna go"

But no. They are pretty terrible think 10% on time in a 8 day highlight.

Other ppl have had better rates.....
