Had mine replaced on different year Cascadias. Always used Safelite and it was always under $300. They finish in about an hour. Usually if you call the day before or early in the morning they can do an A.M. appointment or at least that same day. If you call them after noon the chances for "next day" appoint are greater.

I hear on the video right away you asking the guy if he wants the wheels straighten out, what about straightening the truck out and putting it in between the two lines painted on the ground? What a stellar parking job @scottied67 :rolleyes::rolleyes:

    scottied67 Thanks this.

They shouldn't be routing you to a terminal.
If the cracks is bigger than a quarter, crosses the wiper path, it needs to be replaced A.S.A.P.
Regardless of what they want, this is an OOS item.
If you head to the terminal and get stopped, Who do you think is gonna pay the ticket DOT gives you.
The company will just play it off and use as the scapegot."Hey officer, we told him to get it fixed, but he wouldn't listen. "
    Hmmm!

I was parked next to a light pole/cross hatched painted/no parking spot on the drivers side. What I do is park as close to the no parking side as possible to make more room as possible for the passenger side for the next driver to come in and park will not hit my hood.
