How Long To Start With A Fedex Contractor?

    Hey guys I got hired with a Fedex contractor. Filled out the background check software and everything. How long will it take for me to actually start driving and get paid? Really struggling financially right now.

    Also there's a company by name of Metro Air Service and aka dnata the lady hired me, all the tax docs etc. But she keeps blowing me off and pushing back start date by 2 days. I get a distinct feeling of being discriminated against by this lady. Please help me.

    When I started working for a Fed ex contractor he was ready to hire me after interview and road test. But it took Fed ex about 10 days to do thier background check I heard other drivers take 3-4 weeks.
    Once you are approved by Fed Ex it was quick to move from one contractor to another.
