You did notice it’s Mississippi right? In case you didn’t know it’s not a state known for high wages
Atwt Thanks this. -
There's been companies in the South & SE paying low wages to run nice trucks since I started trucking 40 years ago. I doubt that will change anytime soon.Vampire, Atwt, rollin coal and 2 others Thank this.

Should set up teams to run 22 cents a mile 50/50 spilt.

And then there's the orientation coordinator who tells drivers the "truth" about driver pay who knows a driver who's been at ABF linehaul for 50 years and makes a whooping 70k a year and you'll likely never see that type of money. So consider 45 CPM tip top pay

45 cents…. Don’t expect a call from me!!

Saw one in the wild today. Someone decided to put “class pays” along the side of the sleeper.

Sounds similar to Western Distribution out of Denver Colorado. BEAUTIFUL! trucks and trailers but .43 a mile. You're paying for the truck and trailer by earning less and looking good.

I would be that one. Ran 379/389 with cats for mid to upper 40 cpm. I was happy. No nanny controls, cameras looking at you, or idle policy. They were fast trucks and would be in truck shows every now and then.
