    Cant hit a deer,can go 3 mph over the SL,cant miss any days for any reason,never can be late(doesnt matter that a 747 crash landed on your route),ect

    There's been companies in the South & SE paying low wages to run nice trucks since I started trucking 40 years ago. I doubt that will change anytime soon.

    Should set up teams to run 22 cents a mile 50/50 spilt.

    And then there's the orientation coordinator who tells drivers the "truth" about driver pay who knows a driver who's been at ABF linehaul for 50 years and makes a whooping 70k a year and you'll likely never see that type of money. So consider 45 CPM tip top pay

    Sounds similar to Western Distribution out of Denver Colorado. BEAUTIFUL! trucks and trailers but .43 a mile. You're paying for the truck and trailer by earning less and looking good.

    I would be that one. Ran 379/389 with cats for mid to upper 40 cpm. I was happy. No nanny controls, cameras looking at you, or idle policy. They were fast trucks and would be in truck shows every now and then.
