Here I am going the exact speed limit of 60 mph on this 2 lane highway and this trucker decides that is just too dang slow.

I have had the four wheelers do that to me many times, and being in Cali with speed limit 55, it's common. I usually spot them In my mirrors the way there weaving in and out so usually I'm prepared when they pull the bonehead move to pass me when there is traffic coming the opposite direction. Stay calm, let off and move over like @scottied67 did. No one gets hurt even lose a life that way.

justa_driver, tucker and scottied67 Thank this.

Guys like that are usually the ones I smile and wave to when I pass them pulled over by the cops or in the ditch further up the road. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but karma will eventually come back and kick them in the teeth.

I saw the 4 wheeler pulled over on the shoulder, probably calling 9-1-1 and Bern to get trucks off the road.

That truck driver has no regard for safety and needs to be off the road, I'm sure within a couple of minutes he could have had an opportunity to pass safely?
