When the deal is down to 2 green lights. Idiosyncratic between 8 and 10 gallons goes into the 20 gallon tank.
-
I do to, because if I let it get below half, I always get a bad def pump, I wonder if the manager notices everyone at that pump only got about .18 gallons of defncmickey Thanks this.
-
Whenever I can get through pumps backwards since they put tank on wrong side. Otherwise I throw 2 boxes (5 gal) every other day.

The beauty of the boxed DEF is you can put it in during your 10 hour break, no one is the wiser. Just don't tell the safety freaks who think you will fall asleep at the wheel later.
crb Thanks this. -
I never put it in. I refuse to use it
-
I filled it up every time.
Who wants to stand there 10 minutes waiting to fill it up?
Fuel never under half a tank. Preferably pumped above i70.
Always prepared for the worst.
Saved me a few times while others were screwed. -
Maybe not, but will sure affect your mpg! Still the new trucks are made to run with it.

So the lots are full of pee, some already bottled. Yet that gets thrown away and other pee is trucked in and then sold to the people throwing away their free pee.
Somebody needs to make an attachment to the driver's seat that takes pee under the hood, filters it and adds the sacred water, and keeps the DEF tank topped off. Fewer stops, less time at each one, lower fill-up costs. Sounds like something a sharp salesman could sell the megas by the hundred. Slurp-seating. -
Why pay $10 for DEF when you can pay $30!tucker Thanks this.
