Has anyone went to PA from MD on I-81 going North/East Bound?
If you notice the ground, not long after you enter PA, there are a lot of white oval shaped painting on the ground, and they have badly faded away, the first oval on the right lane that you see looks very much like a human skull, has anyone noticed it? Also, what are these white oval shaped painting means anyways?
If you don't know about it, try to look for it on the next trip when you have a load going through there.

Isn't that near Penn State. I figured they were lion tracks painted on the road by drunk fraternity kids.

Penn State is over 100 miles from that area, so I wouldn't think it would be that. I have never seen what he is talking about though, so it could be tracks.

It was used for awhile to space traffic out. The sign said leave two dots in between vehicles for proper following distance.

...or to TRY to space the traffic out. PA has some of the most aggressive drivers on the road, so it didn't make much difference.

I agree about the drivers here in Pa. It seems like they are worse out on the east end too. We have more truck traffic here with the thousands of trucks hauling coal, so you would think drivers would have more respect and understanding of trucks but it is the opposite they are wreckless when around trucks.

PSU's main campus may be in State College but underclassmen go to one of several satellite locations. The Mount Alto campus isn't all that far from that area. If I remember correctly it is close to Chambersburg, which is exit 14 of I-81.

Up until a few years ago Penn Dot had a signs up that said "Stay TWO dots apart" I'm sure the signs have long since been run over.
