That's exactly why I never bought into fad diets like Keto. Its a quick fix. Once the weight's gone chances are most people will slip back into old habits.

You are certainly correct when you say it takes dedication. It took me over 2 years to make the lifestyle changes needed to get back to being healthy. My ankles and knees thank me every morning lol.

 

...and I can guarantee you're an inspiration to someone close by. It's this simple concept that must return to our communities if we ever really plan to reverse the damage done.

my doctor wanted me down to 175. ok, i was at about 185.

i started losing weight, slowly over the course of a year, and then i was down to about 173? and he told me he was worried i lost so much weight in short time. then he put me thru all sorts of blood work, and other fluids tests.

it's like, i cannot win. i am currently "up to" 180.....

anyone see my snickers, milky way and mr.goodbar..??????

 

OP must be a manlet. At 6'3" 180 is on the low end for a healthy weight.

 

First they feed your body with all kinds of sugary toxins to fatten you up, then they pump you full of pharmaceuticals to cure the lifetime of ingesting toxic sugars and carbs.

Meanwhile, they pump your mind up with all kinds of fake news and data conveniently fed through the smart phone and laptop devices and 96 inch wide screen mind control box. Notice how there was a drawback in data a couple years back and the big mega cell/data/wifi companies began offering "Unlimited" mind control-- ahem, data I mean. Keep the sheeple on the proper path so they spend their money the right way, vote the right way, think the right way for the maximum profit of the MAN.

 

Exactly. Just look at what the public schools (indoctrination centers) "teach" us. Follow instructions, assimilate and never think for yourself.

 

It's obvious that the schools aren't in the business of teaching as much as they are at indoctrinating the next generations of people (you're absolutely right about this) into the mind control slaughterhouse mentality. I mean, just look around the forums here, (we are not supposed to say anything or judge....) but the spelling of some of the people posting tells me the schools are not in the business of teaching the three R's at all.....
