GETS FULLY LOADED AND THEN ASKS TO BE UNLOADED.
BAD OPERATION, NASTY PEOPLE ANA IS THE WORST.
DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THEM. THEY WILL DROP YOUR
LOAD AFTER 2 HOURS OF LOADING WHEN FINISHED WILL LIE
AND SAY THEY HAVE A BRAKE ISSUES WITH NEVER EVEN MOVING
THE LOAD. LIARS, LIARS, DIRTBAGS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY BREAK
CONTRACTS WITH SHIPPERS. BAD COMPANY. STAY CLEAR.

My heart is breaking for you. Truly, it is. I can’t imagine the trauma you suffered having 2 whole hours of your time wasted.

What if it was real problem with the brakes? Just now have truck next to me snapped red line due to tight place. It was enough air in air tanks to push trailer to the dock but now air compressor can't build enough pressure to pull loaded trailer out.

That's almost as bad as grabbing a bite to eat, and finding out they are from Missouri, and not KY.....

Could we have more details please? Did just one truck do all the things you listed or has the company itself been a problem?
What are you shipping? What kind of product/
Did the driver that asked to be unloaded give you a reason?
How do they break their contracts?

Dale thompson, mjd4277 and Lonesome Thank this.
