In worst case scenario I guess would be in heavy traffic it could happen, then there again unless a lane is running out, or a merge is coming up, in heavy traffic you should not be traveling in the left lane. I live and drive here in SoCal, and I know these new version hot shots think they should be in the left not the right, however the only time your allowed in the left lane is for passing ( .25 mile limit to pass)
