From your photo it doesnt look that bad but your company will probably put it on your dac as a preventable.Other employers may ask you about it but I doubt that will cause them reason not to hire you.I bent a fareing once while turning around in a tight lot at a receiver only I never told my company and nothing was ever said. But the trk I had wasn't new either.
I bent my cab extension flare, will it go on my DAC??

I've said it before,
most US Express trucks have a bent cab extender.
So just own up to it.Annonymous Thanks this. -
each company has thier own policy on what is an incident and what is an accident. usually a dollar amount gets attached to these. at one company i worked for, under $100. was an incident, but then too, they were known to "rate that on a curve" if you had no other problems.
what i'd do is at least have a sit down open/honest talk with the safety dept. just do not mention you are leaving.
then ANY application you fill out, BE HONEST, especially when you get a copy of your DAC and it IS there.
on DAC reports there will be a section for incidents/accidents.
bending the wing IS avoidable, but it happens. bending a wing weekly or monthly may get someone canned.
so if you have nothing (other than the tire issue), then don't sweat this too much.
the CSA (PSP issue on you) to me is not a big deal as it was only a tire. thing here though, you only have someone's word that told you to go get it fixed. UNLESS it is on your Qualcomm, and you can print that out?
again, in any application that might ask you about incidents/accidents, or PSP points, BE HONEST, but without giving too much information.
"incidents or accidents?"
yeah, i bent a cab wing, as a newbie/rookie, my fault.
"PSP infractions"
yeah i had a leaking tire at a scale house"

Who gave you 10 points? Is that what your companytold you? I just looked up "underinflated tire) 393.75(f)(2) or 393.75(h) and they are 3 points.Annonymous Thanks this.
-
not unless the guy at the scale house was a prink, and did this instead
393.75 Tires/tubes (general) Tires 8 -
I saw that. 8 points Same as flat tire. Still not 10.Annonymous Thanks this.
-
no, but closer TO 10..so, he's either got 9 points (3 x's 3) (closer to 10)
or he has 24 points, (8 x's 8) closer to 30.
still not a huge infraction, heck anyone can pick up an object at any time on the road, to me a BS thing to nail us for. wouldn't you agree?
