That was a good read! As I mentioned before, I run I-29 weekly and fuel in Sioux Falls every Wednesday afternoon. I see a dozen Western Express flat beds between Omaha and Fargo. Some weeks more some weeks a few less. They have plenty of loads on that freight lane. There's no reason to keep you out that long, none at all.
Me personally, I do three nights a week in the truck. Five if I fill in for a vacationing driver that goes to either California or Pennsylvania weekly. After 5 days I'm home. Couldn't pay me money to stay out for two weeks like I used to.
