If I didn't come to a stop, then the other drive was too fast as well,

You don't hit another car like that if you come to a slow speed at the intersection

It sounds like it but talk to an attorney.
    It's a minor accident..it happens.
    Don't let it happen again.

Kid, you aren't mentally prepared to be a truck driver. Yes, both of you played a part in the accident, but you seem to want us to tell you how it isn't your fault.

Trucker61016 and Solo Soul Thank this.

Apparently no one is at fault if the only people who know about is the only 2 involved

firemedic2816, Bean Jr. and Solo Soul Thank this.

His car received like a $500 damage, my car received like a $3000 damage. But I think he will report, so I should too

We were not there so we cannot tell you that.
But as a truck driver you are expected to know the rules and laws. You're going to be held to a higher standard.
If your a professional driver it's on you to try and prevent accidents even when it may not be your fault. Use this as a learning experience and remember to scan ahead, especially upcoming intersections.
