I am thinking of not fixing my car, it's not a big deal. I will take that money from the insurance company and save it with me for the time when they raise my premium.

I just looked up the law for Washington.
If you’re in an accident with $700 or more in property damage, you’re required to file an accident report. Failure to do so may result in your license being suspended.
Additionally, the insurance company is required to send a accident report form (I forget the form name) to the state. When they do that, you’re busted.

I am working right now, and I am slowing down for every intersection whether it has a stop sign or not. This is basic defensive driving lesson, I don't know why I didn't follow it.
