I am thinking of not fixing my car, it's not a big deal. I will take that money from the insurance company and save it with me for the time when they raise my premium.

I just looked up the law for Washington.

If you’re in an accident with $700 or more in property damage, you’re required to file an accident report. Failure to do so may result in your license being suspended.

Additionally, the insurance company is required to send a accident report form (I forget the form name) to the state. When they do that, you’re busted.

FYI - Failure to report carries the same points as Reckless Driving.

Really? Come to small town America. My home town is full of uncontrolled intersections

Bravo! I can't tell you how many times I've seen a video "who is at fault here?" Who cares? Either could have avoided it, and that's all that counts.

I am working right now, and I am slowing down for every intersection whether it has a stop sign or not. This is basic defensive driving lesson, I don't know why I didn't follow it. :(

Here is what you do, in one easy step. Contact your Insurance Company. That is why you send them your money each and every month. That is it.....easy peasy.

You are welcome sir. These types of things happen thousands of times a day. You are worried about absolutely nothing. Here is what you worry about......... Drunk off your ### at 0300, crash into someone else and injure or kill them......THAT is when you call a lawyer.
