That's called "deception" and requires SAP program.
One driver on here tried that. When asked why he shaved his body, he said he's a wrestler. That didn't work, so he was immediately unemployed.

 

Well.....you made the right call by saying you didn't know what the violation was. I'm actually proud of you for not talking too much. So many drivers are too honest and they #### themselves. Honesty is not the best policy fas as I'm concerned. US Express will probably just assume that you didn't make the cut in orientation.

 

If you have not smoked since then, and had a haircut but have enough hair left for the test, you should be OK.
I'm not sure how long the hair needs to be, but probably 1-1.5 inches.

If you are totally bald head to foot they know you are hiding something.

I would've said I was abducted and when Big Maude couldn't come up with the asking price, they followed through with their threat and shaved me bald from one end to the other. Of course, I'm a pretty creative type.

 

You know, there are "certain parts" where if you leave your hair THAT long, you'll....uh....NEED to trim it.

 

File a dispute with HireRight about the info on your DAC to get it removed while you're at it. OAN: I hope that it's all about accumulating experience only because they are gonna dog the ish out of you at US Xpress. They are one of the most non-payingest sonsofbishes I've ever worked for.
