It’s good to see that you’re willing to grind to get to where you want to be. So many just want it handed to them. I’ll rattle some bushes around Central Florida and see if I can find something for you.

Do you have HazMat (not entirely sure if you can get that on sap or not), and tanker?

Hey man, hope your journey to a new start is coming along ok. I am also on Step 6 and have been since 2023. I lucked out and got a gig with a local concrete company. I currently haul aggregate material with a dump or pneumatic tanker trailer. It pays $65k a year and I am home every night and off on weekends. I did have to humble myself and drive a front end mixer truck for a year before my position opened up.

I really enjoy my job and may stick with it long after I complete the program. Maybe you should also look into the construction sector since they are not only always looking, but also always competing for Class A drivers.

    Best of luck.

I had a son in law, clean as a whistle, he applied to Cintas, and they vetted the hell out of him. Multiple interviews. He got in tho.

Some people are built on excuses... Some of us man up deal with life and what it brings and try to move past it...I haven't used since last June...I worked hard to obtain a CDL and it didn't take much to lose it... I'm grateful for going through the program though... And I'm grateful that I'm here to tell my story... Just a regular guy in Jacksonville trying to make it
